Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how Callmart, operated by SyncedUp Solutions LLC ("Callmart," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with the Callmart marketplace, including the marketing site at callmart.io, the platform at app.callmart.io, and the Callmart mobile app.

Callmart is a business-to-business marketplace that connects insurance agents, agencies, and other buyers with inbound phone calls delivered by publishers. This policy covers the data that passes through that marketplace: account information, organization and team data, call delivery data, and billing data. It does not extend to third-party sites we link to, which have their own privacy practices.

Information we collect

We collect the information described below directly from you, automatically as you use the platform, and from the vendors who help us run it.

  • Account data: your name, work email address, password hash, and, if you enable it, a two-factor authentication secret. We never store your password in plain text.
  • Organization and team data: the workspace or organization you belong to, your role within it (buyer, agency administrator, or publisher), and the members and permissions your organization configures.
  • Call destination data: the phone numbers and SIP addresses you designate to receive calls purchased through the marketplace.
  • Call detail records and recordings: the date, time, duration, source, and disposition of each call delivered through the marketplace, and, for calls that are recorded, the audio recording of that business call. These are business calls placed to buy and deliver marketplace inventory, not personal calls.
  • Wallet and billing data: your prepaid wallet balance, transaction history, invoices, and the billing details needed to process payments. Card and bank details are collected and stored by our payment processor, Stripe; Callmart does not store full card numbers.
  • Publisher API keys: credentials publishers use to offer calls into the marketplace. We store only a salted hash of each key, never the key itself.
  • Usage and device data: pages viewed, features used, browser type, device type, and IP address, collected to operate, secure, and improve the platform.
  • Previous website contact requests: name, work email, selected role, area of interest, and company if provided. These requests were stored in private, access-controlled Vercel storage and do not create a Callmart account. The old website form did not store raw IP addresses; it used hashed request identifiers to limit repeated submissions.

How we use information

We use the information above to operate the marketplace: creating and securing accounts, routing and delivering calls between publishers and buyers, calculating and settling wallet balances, billing for delivered calls, detecting fraud and abuse, providing customer support, and meeting our legal, accounting, and tax obligations.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not build advertising profiles from it. We do not sell personal data, and we have not sold personal data in the preceding twelve months.

Cookies

Callmart uses cookies only to keep you signed in and to remember session-level preferences while you use the platform. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or cross-site tracking technology. Session cookies expire when you sign out or after a period of inactivity.

How we share information

We share information with the following categories of service providers (subprocessors) so they can perform services on our behalf, and with no one else except as described in this policy or required by law.

  • Supabase, which hosts our database and handles account authentication.
  • Vercel, which hosts the marketing site and the platform application.
  • Stripe, which processes wallet top-ups and other payments.
  • Twilio, which provides the telephony infrastructure that connects and records marketplace calls.
  • Resend, which delivers transactional email from callmart.io, such as account and onboarding messages.

Each of these providers is bound by its own data protection terms and may only use Callmart data to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms of Service, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Callmart, our users, or the public. If Callmart is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

Data retention

We retain account and organization data for as long as your account is active. Call detail records and call recordings are retained for the period needed to handle billing disputes and quality review, and are then scheduled for deletion or de-identification on a rolling basis.

We retain financial ledger records, invoices, and call records required for accounting, tax, and dispute purposes for as long as applicable law requires, even after an account is deleted. Once an account is deleted, we remove the personal identifiers from these retained records where we are not otherwise required to keep them, so what remains is financial and call activity data no longer tied to your name or contact details.

Previous website contact requests are retained while we manage those requests. To ask about or request deletion of a previous request, email support@callmart.io. Hashed request-limit identifiers are scheduled for cleanup after seven days.

Your rights: access, correction, export, and deletion

You can review and correct most of your account and organization information directly from the Callmart platform. To request a copy of your data, contact us at the email address below.

You can delete your account at any time. In the Callmart iOS app, open More, then Account, then Delete account. On the web, go to app.callmart.io/security and use the delete account option there. Deleting your account removes your profile and login credentials and disables your access to the platform.

As described under Data retention above, some records survive account deletion because we are required to keep them for accounting, tax, or dispute-handling purposes; when that happens we remove personal identifiers from those records rather than keeping them tied to you.

California and other U.S. state privacy rights

If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have additional rights over your personal information, including the right to know what personal information we hold about you, the right to request deletion or correction, the right to obtain a portable copy of your data, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Callmart does not sell personal information and does not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is no sale or targeted-advertising opt-out to exercise. To submit any other request under these laws, contact us at support@callmart.io. We will verify your identity before acting on a request and will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Children’s privacy

Callmart is a business-to-business service intended for insurance agents, agencies, and publishers. It is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, anyone under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected information from someone under 18, we will delete it.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold, including encryption in transit, hashed storage of passwords and API keys, and access controls limiting who inside Callmart can view marketplace data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Callmart marketplace evolves. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the platform or by email. Continued use of Callmart after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
