A solo buyer only has to answer to themselves. The moment you have three agents, the questions change. Who is on right now. Who spent what. Which calls are worth listening back to. A Callmart team account exists to answer those without a group chat.
One wallet, separate agents
An agency funds a single wallet and the whole team buys against it. Agents keep their own logins and their own destinations, so calls reach the right person, but the money is in one place where the owner can see it.
Agency funds are shared only inside that agency. A solo buyer's wallet stays independent.
The control that makes this safe is the per-member daily spending allowance. The owner sets a ceiling on each person, so one agent leaving their availability on overnight cannot drain the floor's budget.
Roles that match how a floor actually works
The owner invites a teammate by email address and assigns a role. Invitations show as pending with an expiry until they are accepted, and a member can be deactivated when they leave.
- Owner
- Full control of the workspace: buying settings, funding, team, and everything below.
- Manager
- Runs the floor day to day without owning the account.
- Agent
- Takes calls. Has a login, a destination, and an availability switch of their own.
- Finance
- For the person who handles funding, invoices, and reconciliation rather than calls.
- Reporting
- Read access for someone who needs the numbers and should not be changing buying settings.
See who is on
Availability is per agent. Each person sets themselves online or off the clock, in the softphone or on their phone, and routing respects it. Calls are not delivered to someone who has stepped away.
For the owner, that turns into something more useful than a status light. The team panel in your workspace shows who is on the account, what role they hold, what their spending allowance is, and whether their invitation is still pending. Call activity and reporting sit alongside it, so the question is not just who is logged in, but who is actually taking calls and what those calls cost.
If you run the outbound dialer as well, dialer seats are tracked per member, so you can see how many of your seats are in use.
Coach from real calls, not from memory
Inbound calls are recorded, and buyers can review and download the recordings available to them. This is the most underused thing on a call desk.
You already paid for those calls. Listening to them costs nothing more, and it is the only honest way to find out why one agent closes and another does not. A short weekly habit is usually enough: pull two calls that went well and one that fell apart, listen with the agent, and fix one specific thing.
- Train a new agent on the first thirty seconds of real calls before they take a live one.
- Settle a disagreement about what was actually said on a call.
- Find the objection that keeps ending calls at the same point.
- Check that the campaign you are buying is delivering the conversation you expected.
Callmart does not offer live listen-in, barge, or whisper. Coaching here means reviewing recorded calls after the fact. Recording and downloading availability depends on the services enabled for your account, and you are responsible for following the recording consent laws that apply where you and your callers are.
Earn free calls as your team buys
Agency rewards are earned by the agency as a whole, not by one agent. Every set number of eligible billable calls across your whole team earns one free call, of equal or lower eligible value.
The number of calls required and the value limit on the free call are set by Callmart and shown in your workspace, so you can always see how close you are. Because it counts the agency's calls together, a floor of five agents gets there five times faster than any one of them would alone. That is the point: the reward follows the team's spend, not an individual's.
Setting up a team
- 01Create the account and get approvedCreate your account, verify your email, and complete the buyer application as an agency. Business approval comes before buying.
- 02Fund the walletAdd funds through Stripe. This is the pool the whole team will buy from.
- 03Invite your peopleInvite each teammate by email and give them a role. Send agents the invitation before you switch buying on, not after.
- 04Set allowances and destinationsGive each member a daily spending allowance and set where their calls should land: a number, a SIP address, or the softphone.
- 05Switch on for the hours you are staffedTurn availability on when people are there. Set a daily call limit that matches how many conversations your team can actually handle well.
Common questions
01Does every agent need their own login?
Yes, and they should have one. Separate logins are what make per-agent destinations, availability, spending allowances, and reporting work. Sharing one login removes every control that makes a team account worth having.
02Can I stop one agent from spending the whole budget?
Yes. The owner sets a daily spending allowance for each member. That is a per-person ceiling on top of the account's own daily call limit, so a single agent cannot consume the agency wallet.
03How do free calls from agency rewards work?
Eligible billable calls across your entire agency count toward a threshold. Each time you reach it, you earn one free call of equal or lower eligible value. The threshold and the value limit are set by Callmart and displayed in your workspace.
04Can I listen to my agents' calls live?
No. There is no live listen-in, barge, or whisper. You can review and download recordings of inbound calls after they happen, which is what most coaching is built on anyway.
05Can an agency and a solo buyer share funds?
No. Agency funds are shared only within that agency, and a solo buyer's wallet is independent. If you are joining an agency, accept the team invitation rather than opening a separate buyer account.
