Buying calls is not a desk job in the old sense. Somebody has to be reachable, and the person deciding what to buy is often not sitting in front of a monitor. Callmart gives you the same account in three places.
The iPhone app
Callmart: Pay Per Call is on the App Store, published by SyncedUp Solutions LLC. It is free, it is an iPhone app, and it needs iOS 16.4 or later.
It is the same account you use in the browser, so there is nothing separate to set up. Sign in, or create a login in the app and apply for a buyer workspace, or accept a team invitation you have been sent.
- Track call activity, duration, qualification, and charges.
- Browse available campaigns and manage bids, buffers, and daily limits.
- Control receiving for your team and your destinations.
- Review available call recordings and submit call disputes.
- View wallet balance, funding history, and service invoices.
- Manage team access and support requests.
- Affiliates can track referrals, commissions, and payout activity.
There is no Callmart Android app. On Android, open app.callmart.io in your mobile browser. The workspace is built to work there. Also note that an unrelated company publishes a different app under a similar name, so use the link above rather than searching the store.
The softphone
The Callmart softphone is a phone that lives inside your workspace. It runs in the browser on WebRTC, so an agent with a headset and a decent connection can take marketplace calls without a desk phone, a SIP client, or an office.
What it does on a call: answers inbound calls, places approved outbound calls, mutes, sends touch tones, lets you choose your audio device, and hangs up. Around the call, each agent has an online and offline toggle, so a person who steps away stops being rung.
On the iPhone, the same job is done by a native phone screen: a dialer, recents and history, mute, audio routing, tones, and a minimized in-call bar so you can keep using the app while you are talking. The app uses VoIP push, which means an incoming call can wake it while it is in the background or the phone is locked.
You do not have to use the softphone at all. Calls can be delivered to a phone number or a SIP address you designate instead, which is what most established floors do. Softphone and routing availability depends on the services enabled for your account.
Choosing where calls land
| If you are | Send calls to | Why |
|---|---|---|
| A solo agent with a cell phone | Your own number, or the iPhone app | Nothing to install and nothing to run. You answer the way you already answer. |
| A small team without phone infrastructure | The browser softphone | Every agent gets a phone without buying hardware, and each one controls their own availability. |
| An established call center | A DID or a SIP address you already own | Calls arrive in the system your floor already runs, with your own routing and reporting behind it. |
One account, three surfaces
Everything is the same account and the same wallet. A daily limit set on the phone is the daily limit in the browser. A campaign switched off in the browser is off on the phone. Availability set by an agent in the softphone is the availability the routing respects.
Which tools you see depends on your role and on the services enabled for your workspace. Administrator and partner tools may ask for authenticator verification. All of it needs an internet connection.
Create your accountCommon questions
01Is the Callmart iPhone app free?
Yes. Callmart: Pay Per Call is free on the App Store and requires iOS 16.4 or later. It is an iPhone app. Business approval is still required before you can buy calls, whether you sign up in the app or in the browser.
02Is there a Callmart app for Android?
No. There is no Android app today. On an Android phone, open app.callmart.io in your mobile browser and sign in there. The workspace is designed to work on a phone screen.
03Do I have to use the softphone to take calls?
No. You can have calls delivered to a phone number or a SIP address that you designate, which is what most teams with existing phone systems do. The softphone is there for agents who do not have phone infrastructure, or who work remotely.
04Can the app ring me when it is closed?
The iPhone app uses VoIP push notifications, so an incoming call can wake the app while it is in the background or your phone is locked. Whether calls reach you at all still depends on your availability setting and the destination you configured.
