The mechanics of buying a call are the same for everyone. What changes is everything around them: how many people are answering, who controls the money, how much of the decision you want to automate, and what happens when volume goes up. These pages cover the setups we see most.
Start with how you are staffed
The single best predictor of whether buying calls works for someone is not their product or their budget. It is whether a person is ready to answer when the phone rings. Everything else, buffers, limits, campaigns, follows from that.

Common questions
01Do I need a team to buy calls?
No. Solo agents buy on Callmart with their own wallet and their own availability switch. Team features like shared wallets, roles, and spending allowances exist for agencies, and you can move to an agency account later.
02Do I need to be licensed?
You need the appropriate license for the insurance product you sell in the states you sell it in. That is your responsibility. Callmart does not provide licensing and this is not legal advice.
