CALLMART VS ELEVARUS

Callmart vs Elevarus

A managed program that builds verified calls and leads around your book, or a marketplace where you pick inbound calls from a public price list.

Published by Callmart. Updated .

Short answer

Elevarus runs managed programs that deliver verified insurance calls and form leads, exclusive or semi-exclusive, at prices it scopes on a strategy call. Callmart is a marketplace where you buy inbound Final Expense and Medicare Advantage calls yourself, at published retail prices from $25. Choose a built-for-you program or a price list.

What is the difference between Callmart and Elevarus?

The core difference is who runs the buying. Elevarus describes itself as a performance lead generation operator, not a marketplace: it runs the paid and organic media, checks each contact with a one-time-password step and bot filtering, then routes verified calls to your floor or pushes form leads into your CRM or dialer. You pick exclusive delivery or semi-exclusive volume shared across a small, capped set of operators, and Elevarus scopes your cost per call or per lead on a strategy call instead of posting rates. Callmart is an inbound-call marketplace: publishers deliver calls, you choose campaigns and connected-time tiers from a public retail price list, and you pay from a prepaid wallet. Callmart sells calls, never lead records, and its calls are not exclusive. Its public list covers Final Expense digital, Final Expense TV (CTV), Final Expense live transfers and Medicare Advantage, and each price is tied to a minimum connected time called a buffer.

Elevarus, the trade name of Mindstate Management LLC in Orange, California, also sells across more insurance lines: its insurance page names Medicare, ACA and health, under-65 private health, life, final expense and auto. It says its calls and leads are never resold into an open marketplace. Callmart is narrower, and you run your own settings. The sections below use each company's own pages.

How does Elevarus price calls and leads?

Elevarus does not publish a rate card. Its final expense and Medicare pages say it scopes cost per call and cost per lead on a strategy call rather than quoting a flat rate, and that you pay for the verified calls and leads that match your settings. There is no charge per application, appointment, written plan or issued policy.

  • Final expense cost moves with age band and coverage type, how competitive your licensed states are, whether you buy calls, leads or a mix, the volume you need and how fast your agents follow up.
  • Medicare cost moves with enrollment season, plan type and eligibility, county competition and exclusivity.
  • Semi-exclusive volume costs less per lead than exclusive volume, according to its final expense page.
  • OTP checks, bot and spam filtering, and age and state screening run before a call or lead is routed or billed.

Because the number comes out of a conversation, go in with a list: the price per call by line and state, the connected time a call must reach before it bills, how many operators share semi-exclusive volume, and what happens to a call that turns out bad. The pages reviewed publish neither a billable call duration nor a return process for single calls.

How does Callmart price calls?

Callmart posts its retail prices in public, and the price on callmart.io is the one in your workspace, shown again before you switch a campaign on. Each campaign has connected-time tiers. The clock starts when your line answers, ringing never counts, and a call is charged once, after it ends, only if it reached the buffer you picked. No buffer is shorter than 10 seconds.

Retail prices as of November 2, 2026. Full list on the pricing page.
CampaignRetail price at each buffer
Final Expense: Digital$30 for 10 seconds, $40 for 30 seconds, $50 for 60 seconds, $60 for 90 seconds
Final Expense: TV (CTV)$55 for 10 seconds, $65 for 30 seconds, $75 for 60 seconds
Final Expense: Live Transfers$80 for 120 seconds
Medicare Advantage$25 for 20 seconds, $35 for 30 seconds, $55 for 90 seconds

A longer buffer costs more per call because more short calls fall outside billing. Agencies and bulk buyers can ask for lower wholesale rates, quoted per account after a wholesale application. A first deposit earns call credit ($50 on a first deposit of $250, $150 on a first deposit of $500, $300 on a first deposit of $1,000), and that credit has no cash value. There is no subscription; agency accounts pay $50 a seat a month for extra softphone seats, drawn from the wallet.

What does a managed program change for you?

With Elevarus, the media work sits with the vendor. It says it runs demand across paid search, social and video, ties each verified call and lead back to the ad, keyword and creative that produced it, and moves spend toward the states, age bands and plan types that deliver. That suits a buyer who wants someone else to build and tune campaigns around a specific book of business.

With Callmart, you control where calls go and when you take them, not the ads behind them: campaign switches, tiers, the states each line accepts, optional campaign hours in Eastern time and a receiving switch per teammate. Calls are labeled by feed duration and price, never by publisher, so you judge a campaign by its results in your call history. If exclusivity decides it for you, the inbound calls vs exclusive leads guide covers what it buys.

What are the strengths and tradeoffs of each?

Elevarus

Strengths
  • Exclusive delivery is available, or semi-exclusive volume at a lower cost per lead.
  • Calls and form leads from one vendor, across six insurance lines.
  • OTP verification and bot filtering before anything becomes billable.
  • Targeting by age band, licensed state and daily volume, plus plan type and county for Medicare.
Tradeoffs
  • No published prices or billable call duration.
  • Its fulfillment policy describes non-refundable monthly retainers and 30 days' cancellation notice.
  • The pages reviewed describe no return or credit process for single calls.
  • You need a strategy call before you know your cost.

Callmart

Strengths
  • Retail prices by campaign and buffer are public and shown again before a campaign goes live.
  • Unanswered calls and calls that end before your buffer are not billed.
  • You can request a credit from a billed call in your call history, and Callmart reviews each request.
  • No minimum spend, no minimum term and no subscription.
Tradeoffs
  • No form leads, and no auto, ACA or under-65 health campaigns on the public list.
  • Calls are not exclusive (similar calls may go to other buyers), and volume depends on eligible publisher supply and your settings.
  • A browser or iPhone App phone handles one call at a time.
  • There is no Android app; on Android you open app.callmart.io in the mobile browser.

Who should choose Elevarus?

Choose Elevarus if you want a vendor to plan, buy and tune media for you, you need form leads as well as calls, or you sell lines beyond Final Expense and Medicare, such as ACA, under-65 health, life or auto. It also fits agencies and call centers that want exclusive or capped semi-exclusive volume and are comfortable getting a price on a strategy call. FMOs and IMOs that hand out demand across a downline are one of the buyer types its pages name.

Who should choose Callmart?

Choose Callmart if you sell Final Expense or Medicare Advantage by phone and want the price per call in front of you before you talk to anyone. It suits solo agents taking calls in a browser or on an iPhone, and agencies that fund one wallet for a team, assign roles and switch campaigns and lines on and off as staffing changes. Read how Callmart works for the steps from buyer application to first call, and the Final Expense calls page for that campaign.

How do you decide between them?

  1. 01List your linesLines outside Final Expense and Medicare, or a need for form leads, point to Elevarus. Inbound Final Expense and Medicare calls are sold by both.
  2. 02Decide who runs the mediaIf you want campaigns built around your book, a managed program fits. If you want to pick campaigns and tiers yourself, a marketplace fits. The marketplace vs single vendor comparison covers the tradeoff.
  3. 03Get prices you can compareAsk Elevarus for a per-call price by line and state and the connected time a call must reach to bill, then match it to a Callmart buffer of similar length on the retail price list.
  4. 04Read the billing termsAsk whether a calls program bills per call or on a retainer, and what notice cancellation needs. Callmart bills each qualifying call from a prepaid wallet.
  5. 05Measure cost per saleTrack policies written per dollar for each source. The cost per acquisition calculator handles the math.

Common questions

01Does Elevarus sell final expense calls?

Yes. Its final expense page describes verified live calls from seniors shopping for burial and funeral coverage, plus OTP-verified form leads, delivered exclusive or semi-exclusive and matched to the age band, states and coverage type you set. Prices are not published; they are scoped on a strategy call.

02Does Elevarus sell Medicare calls?

Yes. Its Medicare page covers verified calls and leads for Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Part D, people turning 65, dual-eligible and Special Needs Plan prospects, and plan switchers, screened for age, enrollment window and plan fit. Calls transfer to your licensed agents as they happen.

03How much does Elevarus charge per call?

Per-call prices are not published on its site as of November 2, 2026. Elevarus says it scopes cost per call and cost per lead to your lines, states, volume and exclusivity on a strategy call. Ask at the same time how long a call must last before it bills.

04How much does a Callmart Final Expense call cost?

A Final Expense digital call costs $60 at a 90 second buffer and $40 at 30 seconds, at retail as of November 2, 2026. Final Expense TV (CTV) calls are $55 for 10 seconds, $65 for 30 seconds, $75 for 60 seconds. Agencies and bulk buyers can apply for lower wholesale rates.

05Are Callmart calls exclusive?

No. Unless a Campaign Order says otherwise, Callmart may route similar calls to other buyers, and it does not promise volume, call quality or close rates. If exclusivity matters most to you, ask Elevarus about its exclusive option and what it costs compared with semi-exclusive volume.
