CALLMART VS LEADSWITCH MEDIA

Callmart vs LeadSwitch Media

The closest model to Callmart in this series: a prepaid balance, published per-call prices and portal switches. The differences sit in billable time, hours and extras.

Published by Callmart. Updated .

Short answer

LeadSwitch Media and Callmart both sell insurance calls from a prepaid balance at published per-call prices. LeadSwitch sells exclusive Final Expense calls billable after 90 seconds and Medicare calls billable at 30 seconds, on weekdays from 9am to 3pm Central. Callmart offers several buffers on most campaigns, non-exclusive calls and optional campaign hours you set.

What is the difference between Callmart and LeadSwitch Media?

The two models are close, so the details decide. LeadSwitch Media Group sells Final Expense, Spanish Final Expense, Medicare and ACA calls, plus live transfers and leads, from one prepaid balance that you top up by card through Stripe, starting at $500. Each product has a single billable mark: 90 seconds of connected talk time for Final Expense and 30 seconds for Medicare, and hold time, phone tree time and voicemail do not count. Its Final Expense inbound calls are sold as exclusive, and the whole network sells Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm Central. Callmart also runs on a prepaid wallet with published retail prices, but most campaigns offer several connected-time tiers, from 10 seconds on Final Expense digital and TV calls to a single 120-second tier on live transfers. Callmart calls are not exclusive, and you can set optional campaign hours or leave them off. LeadSwitch includes a live coaching tool on English calls; Callmart gives you recordings, a browser softphone and an iPhone app.

If a prepaid balance and a portal switch already suit you, the choice comes down to four questions: how long a call must run before you pay, whether you need exclusivity, which hours you staff, and which extras your desk will use.

How does LeadSwitch Media price calls?

LeadSwitch prints a price and a billable duration on each product page. Each billable call deducts its own rate from one shared balance, and delivery stops when the balance runs out.

  • Final Expense exclusive inbound: $50 per billable call at the Standard rate, billable after 90 seconds of connected talk time. The same page also lists Premium at $70 and Raw at $25.
  • Final Expense TV (connected TV) inbound: $55 per billable call, billable after 90 seconds, only from states you are licensed in.
  • Recovered Final Expense inbound: $50 per billable call, billable after 90 seconds.
  • Final Expense live transfer: $45 Standard or $60 Premium per billable call, billable at 90 seconds.
  • Spanish Final Expense: $50 per inbound call and $45 per transfer, at 90 seconds.
  • Medicare inbound: $35 per billable call, billable at 30 seconds of connected talk time, one price with no tiers. Medicare is inbound only; it does not sell Medicare transfers.
  • ACA inbound: $50 per billable call. Final Expense leads: $25 per lead, charged on delivery.

The terms around the price matter too. A call past 90 seconds is billed in full even if it turns out to be a poor fit, billing errors must be raised within 7 days, and the buyer agreement treats a card chargeback on delivered calls as a breach. Balance spent on delivered calls is not refundable; unspent cash is refunded on written request when you close an account owing nothing, and bonus credit is forfeited.

How does Callmart price calls?

Callmart lists a retail price for each connected-time tier of each campaign, and you choose which tiers to buy. The prices on its site are the same prices you see in your workspace before a campaign goes live.

Retail prices as of November 2, 2026. See the pricing page for the current list.
CampaignRetail prices by buffer
Final Expense: Digital$30 for 10 seconds, $40 for 30 seconds, $50 for 60 seconds, $60 for 90 seconds
Final Expense: TV (CTV)$55 for 10 seconds, $65 for 30 seconds, $75 for 60 seconds
Final Expense: Live Transfers$80 for 120 seconds
Medicare Advantage$25 for 20 seconds, $35 for 30 seconds, $55 for 90 seconds

A call is charged once, after it ends, if connected time reaches the buffer you picked. Connected time starts when your destination answers, so ringing never counts. Unlike LeadSwitch, Callmart counts time a caller spends in your own IVR or voicemail after your line answers, so route calls to a person, not a menu.

These are retail prices, and bulk buyers can ask for lower rates through a wholesale application. If a campaign's price changes, it pauses until you confirm. First deposits earn call credit: $50 on a first deposit of $250, $150 on a first deposit of $500, $300 on a first deposit of $1,000, paid as credit with no cash value.

Where is LeadSwitch Media stronger?

LeadSwitch is stronger on several points that matter to a busy Final Expense desk, and it is fair to name them plainly.

  • Exclusivity: its Final Expense inbound calls are sold as exclusive and each call connects to one agent at a time. Callmart calls are not exclusive.
  • Billable time: hold, phone tree and voicemail time do not count toward its 90 or 30 seconds. On Callmart, time in your own IVR or voicemail after you answer does count.
  • Coaching: a live coaching tool is included at no extra charge on English calls, with a live transcript, a facts card and one suggested line, plus a supervisor view for owners. Callmart buyers review recordings after the call and have no live listen-in, barge or whisper.
  • Caps: its insertion order sets concurrency and daily caps for the account.
  • Range: published prices for ACA calls, Spanish Final Expense and per-lead products sit on the same balance.

Two limits are worth weighing against those strengths. Calls are sold only in a six-hour weekday window, and its Final Expense page calls inbound the smallest volume of its Final Expense products. Its Medicare page also says nobody asks the caller about age, income, current plan or election period before the call reaches you.

Who should choose LeadSwitch Media?

Choose LeadSwitch if exclusivity on Final Expense inbound calls is a must, your desk is staffed on weekday afternoons Central time, and you want live coaching on the screen while newer agents talk. It also suits agencies that want ACA calls, Spanish Final Expense or per-lead products alongside calls on one balance.

Who should choose Callmart?

Choose Callmart if you want to pick the connected-time tier yourself, for example a short Medicare buffer to test a script or a longer one to filter quick hang-ups. It fits desks that work outside a fixed weekday window, agents who take calls on an iPhone or in the browser, and agencies that want roles, a shared wallet and each teammate's call activity in one place.

It also fits buyers who want to confirm a price before any change applies to their calls. Compare more options in the Final Expense inbound call vendor guide.

How do you decide between them?

  1. 01Match the billable markCompare LeadSwitch's 90-second Final Expense price with Callmart's $60 for 90 seconds, and its 30-second Medicare price with Callmart's $35 for 30 seconds.
  2. 02Check your hoursIf your agents work mornings, evenings or Saturdays, a 9am to 3pm Central window will not cover them.

  4. 04Read the dispute rulesCompare a 7-day billing error window with Callmart's credit requests, and read how call disputes work.
  5. 05Track cost per policyRun both side by side on a small balance and compare policies written per dollar with the cost per acquisition calculator.

Common questions

01How much do LeadSwitch Final Expense calls cost?

Its Final Expense product page lists exclusive inbound calls at $50 per billable call (Standard), billable after 90 seconds, with TV calls at $55 and live transfers at $45 or $60. Its separate price list showed $55 per connected inbound call without naming a product, and LeadSwitch says that list wins if they differ.

02How much is a LeadSwitch Medicare call?

Its Medicare page lists $35 per billable call, billable at 30 seconds of connected talk time, with one price and no tiers. It sells Medicare as inbound only, with no transfers. A 30-second Callmart Medicare Advantage call is $35 at retail as of November 2, 2026.

03Are LeadSwitch or Callmart calls exclusive?

LeadSwitch sells its Final Expense inbound calls as exclusive and connects each call to one agent at a time. Callmart calls are not exclusive: unless a Campaign Order says otherwise, Callmart may route similar calls to other buyers.

04What hours does LeadSwitch Media sell calls?

Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm Central, across its network. On Callmart you can set one Eastern-time window per weekday for each campaign, or leave campaign hours off so calls can come whenever your lines are on, subject to available supply.

05Can I buy from both?

Yes. Neither one requires a monthly minimum. Some agencies keep an exclusive source for core hours and a second source for other hours or another buffer. Label each source separately in your CRM so you can compare cost per policy.
