BUYER'S GUIDE

Best final expense lead companies

Eight places to buy final expense prospects, sorted by the kind of lead your desk can work: real-time, telemarketed, mailed, aged, or a live caller instead of a record.

Published by Callmart. Updated .

Short answer

The right final expense lead company depends on the lead format you can work. Agent Autopilot and QuoteWizard sell exclusive real-time leads, Lead Heroes sells telemarketed call-backs, Lead Concepts sells mailer responses and Aged Lead Store sells older records in bulk. If you would rather talk to callers than chase records, Callmart sells inbound calls instead.

How did we choose these final expense lead companies?

A final expense lead company sells you the contact details of a senior who asked about burial or final expense coverage, and then you make the call. The useful way to compare these companies is by lead format, because the format sets your price, your contact rate and your daily workload. Real-time leads arrive seconds after a consumer fills out a form and cost the most per record. Telemarketed call-back leads come from a vendor's own call center and arrive in batches. Direct mail leads are reply cards from a mailer you pay for before anyone responds. Aged leads are records days or months old, sold cheaply and often to several agents. We included eight options that explain their product on their own website, noted which ones print prices, and ordered them by the buyer need each one serves rather than by a score. No single company suits every agent, so start with the format your desk can actually work.

  • Lead format and age: real-time, telemarketed, direct mail or aged.
  • Exclusivity: how many agents can buy the same record, in the vendor's own words.
  • Price transparency: whether a per-lead or package price is printed on the vendor's site.
  • Buying terms: minimum order, prepaid balance or quote, and what the vendor says about returns.
  • Delivery: email, CSV download, CRM push, or a live call instead of a record.

What does each final expense lead company sell?

Agent Autopilot: exclusive real-time social leads at a listed price

Agent Autopilot sells exclusive real-time leads from Facebook campaigns, plus cheaper aged records. Its Facebook leads page lists final expense leads from $17 per lead and Spanish final expense leads from $19, with text-verified phone numbers and a form that is not pre-filled. It says its premium final expense leads also capture current coverage, beneficiary and reason for coverage, and you can target a ZIP radius or a whole state. Its aged overflow leads for final expense and Medicare start at $1 per lead, and the company itself says they are not hot leads.

  • Best for: agents who want exclusive digital leads at a price they can see before ordering.
  • Watch for: prices are shown as from amounts, aged overflow leads are ordered 500 at a time for $500, its terms say lead purchases are final and non-refundable, and its buy leads page lists no inbound calls or transfers.

QuoteWizard: exclusive life and final expense leads inside a multi-line platform

QuoteWizard for Agents sells real-time internet leads across auto, home, life, health and Medicare. Its life leads page offers exclusive access to life insurance and final expense leads and says exclusive life products are delivered to just one agent, while its other web leads can be sold to up to four agents. You can filter for non-smokers, no prior conditions and age, and set daily and weekly caps. Prices are not published: its FAQ says the cost is the lead price plus any filters, quoted by a sales representative, and billing is pay as you go from a balance your card recharges.

  • Best for: agencies that also sell other lines and want leads pushed into a CRM such as AgencyZoom, Convoso or Velocify.
  • Watch for: there is no public price list, and every filter adds to the price of each lead.

LeadSwitch Media: final expense leads and calls on one prepaid balance

LeadSwitch Media is a pay-per-call network that also sells final expense leads at $25 per lead, delivered to one agent and charged on arrival, with its other agency leads priced from $8 to $35 per lead by product. The same prepaid balance buys its inbound calls and live transfers. Its pages say there is no subscription, platform fee or monthly minimum, card top-ups through Stripe start at $500, and the first top-up earns an extra 10 percent in credit.

  • Best for: agents who want to test records and calls side by side without opening a second account.
  • Watch for: balance is not refundable once calls have been delivered against it, and its final expense page lists call sales on weekdays from 9am to 3pm Central.

Lead Heroes: telemarketed call-back leads in nightly batches

Lead Heroes runs calling campaigns that produce call-back leads for final expense, Medicare Supplement and Turning 65, and it also sells live transfers and pre-set appointments. Its final expense leads target ages 50 to 80 with income up to $60,000, are batched at the end of every night, and land in your inbox. The order page prices packages rather than single leads: $800 for the 20 to 99 lead option and $3,400 for the 100+ option, plus an optional $200 one-time CRM integration and a 2.7% fee on credit card payments. Its 12-week Lead Heroes Pro program delivers exclusive leads weekly at 30% off.

  • Best for: agents who like a fresh batch to call each morning, or who also want appointments or hourly callers from the same vendor.
  • Watch for: leads arrive in nightly batches rather than in real time, and the package price does not state a per-lead unit.

Lead Concepts: direct mail responses for field and seminar agents

Lead Concepts sells direct mail and seminar marketing for final expense and burial, Medicare, mortgage protection and annuity sales, plus Facebook leads. Its FAQ says you are the exclusive owner of your leads, mailers come in bilingual versions, and responses arrive about 3 weeks after the mailer is paid for and mailed. Its Seminar Link platform tracks each final expense response. Pricing is by custom quote only.

  • Best for: kitchen-table and seminar agents who want reply cards that are never resold to anyone else.
  • Watch for: there are no published prices, and you pay for the mailer before the first response arrives.

OneLife Marketing Solutions: a managed exclusive program

OneLife Marketing Solutions runs managed lead, call and transfer programs for solo agents, agencies, IMOs and call centers across final expense, Medicare and life. Its Lead Center dashboard builds campaigns by vertical, geography, daily cap and routing destination, tracks funding with daily and weekly caps and low-balance alerts, and its team reviews performance weekly. It also offers a white-label lead source for IMOs and FMOs. Prices are not published; programs are scoped on a strategy call, and the homepage says there are no long-term contracts.

  • Best for: agencies that want someone else to build and tune campaigns and report back weekly.
  • Watch for: its site says exclusivity applies to the product and contract you agree, not automatically to every lead, and that it is currently onboarding select agency partners.

Aged Lead Store: low-cost aged records you download

Aged Lead Store sells shared life and final expense records that are 3 to 365 days old as a CSV download. Its price table runs from $4.50 per lead for 3 to 30 day records in small orders down to $0.25 per lead for 86 to 365 day records bought 25,000 at a time, and every order carries a $100 minimum. You can filter by state, ZIP or radius, consumer age and phone type. The store says other agents may already have bought or called the same records. Our aged insurance lead vendors guide compares it with other aged sellers.

  • Best for: dialing floors that work high volume and can live with low contact rates.
  • Watch for: its terms say all sales are final and put consent and Do Not Call scrubbing on the buyer.

Callmart: live callers instead of lead records

Callmart is an inbound-call marketplace, so it sells no lead records at all. You pay per call for inbound calls that publishers deliver, and a call is billed only when its connected time reaches the buffer you chose. Retail prices for Final Expense: Digital are $30 for 10 seconds, $40 for 30 seconds, $50 for 60 seconds, $60 for 90 seconds, and Final Expense: TV (CTV) calls are $55 for 10 seconds, $65 for 30 seconds, $75 for 60 seconds, as of November 2, 2026. Agencies and bulk buyers can request lower wholesale rates. The final expense calls page describes the product itself.

  • Best for: agents who would rather spend their hours talking to people already on the line than dialing records.
  • Watch for: calls are not exclusive, no call volume is guaranteed, and a call costs more than a record because the contact has already happened.

How do final expense leads compare with live transfers and inbound calls?

A lead is a record you still have to reach; a transfer or an inbound call is a person already on the phone. That difference moves work and risk between you and the vendor. With leads, you pay per record and absorb every no-answer. With calls and transfers, the vendor absorbs the dialing and bills each call under its own buffer rules, but each unit costs more.

Billing triggers as the vendors on this page describe them. Check each contract for the details.

Who should choose real-time, telemarketed, mailed or aged leads?

  • Choose exclusive real-time leads if you call within minutes, work from a CRM or dialer, and want each record to yourself. Agent Autopilot and QuoteWizard fit here.
  • Choose telemarketed call-back leads if you want a predictable batch every morning and accept that the consumer spoke with a call center first. Lead Heroes fits here.
  • Choose direct mail if you sell face to face or run seminars and can wait for replies. Lead Concepts fits here.
  • Choose aged leads if you run a high-volume dialing floor, your cost per dial is low, and you already have a consent and Do Not Call process. Aged Lead Store fits here.
  • Choose a managed program if you would rather pay a team to run campaigns than run them yourself. OneLife Marketing Solutions fits here.
  • Choose inbound calls if dialing is your bottleneck and you would rather pay more per contact to skip it. Callmart and the vendors in our inbound call guide fit here.

Many agencies use two formats at once, for example real-time leads for daytime dialing and inbound calls during their busiest hours. Track each source separately so you can see which one pays for itself.

What should you check before buying final expense leads?

  • Who generated the lead, and how many agents can buy it. Get the number in writing.
  • The consumer's consent language and whether it names you or your agency. Our TCPA basics page explains why that matters.
  • The age of the record at delivery, and how quickly you can call it.
  • The return policy: which reasons qualify, the window to ask and any monthly cap.
  • Minimum order, minimum balance and whether unused funds are refundable.
  • The filters you need (age, state, income, phone type) and whether each one costs extra.
  • Your break-even price per lead at your close rate. The cost per acquisition calculator does the math.

Common questions

01Which final expense lead company is best for new agents?

There is no single answer, so pick a format you can work well today. If cold contact is new to you, a small order of fresh leads or a handful of inbound calls will teach you more than thousands of aged records. Buy from a vendor that publishes prices and a return policy, and compare cost per sale, not cost per lead. Our new agent guide goes further.

02Are exclusive final expense leads worth the extra cost?

They can be if you call fast. An exclusive lead means no other agent is calling the same person, but each record costs more. Compare cost per sale across a few hundred leads of each type rather than judging by the price per lead. QuoteWizard and Agent Autopilot sell exclusive digital leads; Aged Lead Store sells shared records.

03Direct mail or digital leads for final expense?

Direct mail suits agents who meet clients in person and can wait for replies, which Lead Concepts says arrive about 3 weeks after mailing. Digital leads suit phone agents who can call within minutes. Mail responses are yours alone at Lead Concepts, while digital leads range from exclusive to shared. If you sell by phone, compare digital leads with inbound calls too.

04How much do final expense leads cost?

On the vendors' own sites as of November 2, 2026: aged records from $0.25 per lead at Aged Lead Store, exclusive real-time Facebook leads from $17 at Agent Autopilot, and $25 per lead at LeadSwitch Media. QuoteWizard, Lead Concepts and OneLife quote instead of publishing. See final expense lead costs for a fuller breakdown.

05Does Callmart sell final expense leads?

No. Callmart sells inbound calls, not lead records. Its final expense campaigns are Final Expense: Digital, Final Expense: TV (CTV) and Final Expense: Live Transfers, priced per call by connected-time buffer, starting at $30 for a 10 second Final Expense: Digital call at retail as of November 2, 2026. Bulk buyers can request lower wholesale rates.
