BUYER'S GUIDE

Best final expense live transfer companies

Seven final expense live transfer options, compared on the details that decide what each transfer really costs you.

Published by Callmart. Updated .

Short answer

Pick a final expense live transfer company by how its transfers are sourced, how long the buffer is and what you can get back. Falcon FEX and LeadSwitch Media publish per-transfer prices, Live Transfer Experts quotes on request, Lead Heroes prices calling campaigns by the hour, and Callmart lists its Final Expense: Live Transfers campaign at $80 retail.

How did we compare final expense live transfer companies?

Most final expense live transfers are prospects who have already spoken with a screener, usually about age, health and a bank account, and are then connected to you while still on the line. Vendors differ less in that basic model than in four details that decide the real cost. First, the source: some transfers start as outbound prospecting calls, others as web forms or paid ads the consumer answered. Second, the buffer: how many seconds or minutes a call must last before you pay, and which early hang-ups are excused. Third, the commitment: minimum credit orders, licensed-state requirements and whether prepaid credits can be refunded. Fourth, staffing: some programs need several agents ready at once or run only during set hours. We compared seven options on those four points using each vendor's own website, and grouped them by the buyer they suit rather than by a score.

  • Source of the transfer, where the vendor states it, tier by tier.
  • Billable point: the buffer length and the published rules for short calls.
  • Price per transfer, only as printed on the vendor's own site.
  • Minimums and refunds: credit packs, state counts, advance payment and refund windows.
  • Hours and staffing: delivery windows and how many agents must be available.

If you are new to the format, our explainer on warm transfers, cold transfers and direct inbound defines the terms, and inbound calls vs live transfers covers when each one makes sense.

What does each live transfer company offer?

Falcon FEX: the widest menu of published transfer tiers

Falcon FEX, a subsidiary of Leadstorm Marketing, sells final expense transfers as prepaid credits and prints every tier with its buffer. The 2 Min tier is $30 per transfer with a 2 minute buffer, sourced from cold outbound prospecting. Bronze is $35 with a 3 minute buffer, and Silver is $45 with a 2 minute buffer from fresh web form submissions. The homepage also lists a Gold tier at $75 with a 60 second buffer from paid-traffic shoppers who gave written consent. Orders start at 20 credits with at least 5 licensed states, the 2 Min and Bronze tiers need at least 2 of Texas, Florida and California, and Bronze volume discounts take $1 to $3 off each transfer.

Its buffer guidelines list the drop reasons it will not bill, such as no active bank account, a listed health knockout or a nursing home resident, and say any call where you give a price or quote becomes billable.

  • Suits: solo agents who want a known price per transfer and a choice of buffer length.
  • Check: packages are non-refundable once activated except after loss of your insurance license, Falcon FEX ceasing operations or a verified billing error, the 2 Min and Bronze tiers come from outbound prospecting by an offshore pre-qualification team, and transfers run from 10 AM to 8 PM Eastern with a short break at 2:30.

LeadSwitch Media: two published transfer tiers, billable at 90 seconds

LeadSwitch Media sells outbound-sourced final expense live transfers at $45 Standard and $60 Premium per billable call, billable at 90 seconds of connected talk time, and Spanish transfers at $45. An insertion order sets your products, rates, states, hours, concurrency and daily caps, and each call goes only to an agent who is switched on, licensed in the caller's state and holding balance. A live coaching tool with a transcript, facts card and suggested next line is included on English calls, and billing disputes have a 7-day window.

  • Suits: agents who want one balance for transfers, inbound calls and leads, with a stated billable point.
  • Check: its final expense page lists sales from 9am to 3pm Central on weekdays, and balance spent on delivered calls is not refundable.

Live Transfer Experts: a final expense only program with a negotiated buffer

Live Transfer Experts sells only final expense live transfers, to solo agents, growing agencies and call centers. Pricing is on request and depends on volume, targeting and qualification criteria, and its terms say all payments are made in advance. Each transfer goes to one agent, and the company says it never resells, recycles or shares calls. You set volume, states, hours, buffer time and delivery method, and its homepage says you do not pay if a call disconnects early or fails agreed standards within the buffer time.

  • Suits: call centers that want to negotiate the buffer and qualification rules before buying.
  • Check: its terms say all sales are final with no refunds after two hours of payment, calls dropped without a valid technical or compliance reason can be billed even under the buffer, and credits are at its discretion.

Lead Heroes: transfers for teams of three or more

Lead Heroes offers final expense and Medicare Supplement live transfers from its own calling campaigns in two 4-hour blocks, 10am to 2pm or 2pm to 6pm local time. Transfers require at least 3 agents available; smaller teams receive the lead by instant email instead. A transferred consumer who did not ask to be transferred is replaced. It does not publish a per-transfer price; its order page sells custom calling campaigns, which can include live transfers, at $2,400 for 160 hours.

  • Suits: agencies that can staff a block with three or more agents and also want call-back leads or appointments from one vendor.
  • Check: a solo agent or a team with fewer than 3 agents available gets leads by email instead of live transfers, and calling campaigns are priced by the hour, not per transfer.

OneLife Marketing Solutions: exclusive transfers inside a managed program

OneLife Marketing Solutions routes exclusive live transfers by state, schedule, vertical and agent availability, with recorded calls for quality review, across final expense, Medicare and life. It combines third-party publishing partners with its own marketing activities and says it does not currently operate consumer-facing landing pages. Programs are scoped on a strategy call, prices are not published, and the homepage says there are no long-term contracts.

  • Suits: multi-agent agencies or IMOs that want transfers, leads and inbound calls managed under one dashboard.
  • Check: exclusivity applies to the product and contract you agree, not automatically to every call.

BrokerCalls: managed exclusive calls with optional warm transfers

BrokerCalls is a pay-per-call network that sells exclusive inbound insurance calls with optional warm transfers across final expense, Medicare, life, health and auto. Its insurance page gives a range rather than a final expense price: from $15 for auto up to $90 for Medicare Supplement warm transfers, depending on vertical, call type and state, with a rate card sent within one business day and no rigid minimum. Calls pass per-vertical IVR filters before reaching your queue, and you set state filters, concurrent call caps, open hours and backup queues.

  • Suits: FMOs and call centers that want allocations matched to licensed headcount and a dedicated account manager.
  • Check: final expense rates come on a rate card, and its public terms do not cover payment, returns or call qualification.

Callmart: a published price for its Final Expense: Live Transfers campaign

Callmart's public price list includes a campaign named Final Expense: Live Transfers at $80 per call for 120 seconds of connected time, a retail price as of November 2, 2026. Connected time starts when your line answers, ringing never counts, and time in your own IVR or voicemail counts toward the 120 seconds; a call that ends before then is not billed. You fund a prepaid wallet by card, choose the states each line accepts, and switch receiving or individual campaigns on and off yourself, on the web or in the iPhone app. There is no minimum spend and no minimum term, and bulk buyers can ask for lower wholesale rates.

  • Suits: agents who want to see the price before signing up and manage delivery themselves.
  • Check: only one buffer is offered on this campaign, calls are not exclusive, and Callmart promises no call volume.

What does a final expense live transfer cost?

Published per-transfer prices on this page run from $30 to $75, but the number only means something next to the buffer and the source. A $30 transfer billable at 2 minutes and a $75 transfer billable at 60 seconds are different products. This table lines up the published per-transfer prices for English-language tiers, plus the price of Callmart's Final Expense: Live Transfers campaign.

To compare fairly, divide each price by the share of transfers you expect to close, then add your agent's time. Our final expense lead cost guide walks through that math, and the call buffer explainer shows how buffer length changes which calls you pay for.

Who should choose live transfers over leads or inbound calls?

Choose live transfers if your agents close well but lose too many hours dialing, and you want someone else to confirm basic eligibility before the call reaches you. They suit agents who want a screened conversation without running an outbound floor of their own.

  • A small prepaid test with a known buffer: Falcon FEX or Callmart.
  • Transfers and inbound calls from one balance: LeadSwitch Media.
  • A floor of three or more agents in set blocks: Lead Heroes.
  • Negotiated buffer and qualification rules: Live Transfer Experts.
  • A managed program across several lines: OneLife Marketing Solutions or BrokerCalls.

Choose data leads instead if you run a dialer and follow up fast; our final expense lead companies guide covers those vendors. Choose consumer-initiated calls if you prefer a caller who dialed an ad's number over one who was prospected; see final expense inbound call vendors.

What should you ask a live transfer company before you buy?

  1. 01Ask where transfers come fromOutbound prospecting, web forms and paid ads produce different callers. Get the source for each tier in writing.
  2. 02Read the buffer rulesFind the billable point, which early hang-ups are excused, and what makes a short call billable anyway.
  3. 03Check exclusivityAsk whether a transfer can go to more than one agent and how the vendor handles a consumer sent to you twice. Our duplicate calls page lists what to ask.
  4. 04Confirm minimums and refundsNote the minimum credit order, the licensed-state requirement and whether unused credits are ever refunded.
  5. 05Match hours to staffingA transfer only pays off if someone answers. Compare the vendor's hours with your schedule using staffing a call desk.
  6. 06Test, then scaleBuy the smallest order, track close rate and cost per sale for each tier, then move budget to what works.

Common questions

01How much does a final expense live transfer cost?

Published prices checked on November 2, 2026 run from $30 per transfer for Falcon FEX's 2 Min tier to $75 for its Gold tier, with LeadSwitch Media at $45 or $60 per billable call and Callmart's Final Expense: Live Transfers at $80 retail. Several vendors quote instead. Always compare price together with buffer length and source.

02What is a buffer on a live transfer?

The buffer is how long a transfer must last before you are charged. Falcon FEX publishes buffers from 60 seconds to 3 minutes by tier, LeadSwitch Media bills at 90 seconds of connected talk time, and Callmart's Final Expense: Live Transfers campaign bills at 120 seconds of connected time, which includes any time in your own IVR or voicemail. Read which early hang-ups each vendor excuses before you buy.

03Live transfer vs real-time leads: which is better for final expense?

Neither wins everywhere. A transfer costs more but arrives as a live conversation; a real-time lead costs less but you have to reach the person. If your contact rate on leads is low or your agents dislike dialing, transfers may cost less per sale. If you call fast with a dialer, leads may. Measure both.

04Can a solo agent buy final expense live transfers?

Yes, from some vendors. Falcon FEX sells credit packs starting at 20 transfers, Live Transfer Experts names solo agents among its buyers, and Callmart has no minimum spend. Lead Heroes requires at least 3 agents available for transfers and sends smaller teams the lead by email instead.

05Are final expense live transfers exclusive?

It depends on the vendor. Live Transfer Experts says each transfer goes to one agent, OneLife ties exclusivity to the contracted product, and Callmart calls are not exclusive unless a Campaign Order says otherwise. Ask every vendor directly, and ask how it handles a consumer who is transferred twice.
