Short answer

Falcon FEX sells Final Expense live transfers and inbound calls in prepaid credit packs of at least 20, from $30 per transfer, and its packages are non-refundable once activated. Callmart sells Final Expense and Medicare Advantage calls from a prepaid wallet, charging each call only when connected time reaches your chosen buffer, at published retail prices.

What is the difference between Callmart and Falcon FEX?

The main difference is how you commit money and what one unit buys. Falcon FEX, a subsidiary of Leadstorm Marketing in Winter Garden, Florida, sells Final Expense live transfers in prepaid credit packages: each order is at least 20 credits, credits are tied to one lead type, and its refund policy calls the packages non-refundable. Its published tiers run from $30 per transfer with a 2-minute buffer to $75 with a 60-second buffer, plus inbound calls at $55 with a 90-second buffer and a flat weekly inbound program called Falcon Velocity. Callmart sells inbound calls from a prepaid wallet with no minimum spend. Each campaign lists connected-time tiers, and a call is charged once, after it ends, only if connected time reaches the tier you picked. Callmart's public list covers Final Expense digital, Final Expense TV, Final Expense live transfers and Medicare Advantage, while Falcon FEX is Final Expense first, with general life calls on its weekly program.

Because both companies print their prices, you can compare them on paper before you talk to anyone. What changes your real cost per sale is less the sticker price and more the buffer rules, where the prospect came from, how much you must prepay, and what happens to money you have not used yet.

How does Falcon FEX price transfers and calls?

Falcon FEX publishes a full rate card. Every tier is sold as prepaid credits, each credit is one transfer or call, and the lead-types page lists the buffer, source, age range and state requirement for each.

  • Falcon 2 Min: $30 per transfer, 2-minute buffer, sourced from cold outbound prospecting, ages 50 to 80.
  • Falcon Bronze: $35 per transfer, 3-minute buffer, cold outbound prospecting. Volume pricing takes $1 off per transfer at 30 to 39 credits, $2 off at 40 to 49 and $3 off at 50 or more.
  • Falcon Silver: $45 per transfer, 2-minute buffer, sourced from fresh web form submissions.
  • Falcon Gold: $75 per transfer, shown against a struck-through $90, with a 60-second buffer. Its homepage says these prospects come from paid traffic and give written consent; Gold is not on the lead-types page.
  • Falcon Spanish Connect: $59 per transfer, 2-minute buffer, outbound-generated Spanish prospects, 3 licensed states.
  • Inbound calls: $55 per call with a 90-second buffer, ordered per agent, minimum 20 calls per agent and at least 3 licensed states, paid in full up front.
  • Falcon Velocity: $1,999 per week per agent for direct Final Expense and general life inbound calls with no screening, six service days, one week per purchase and no auto-renew.

The 2 Min and Bronze tiers ask for at least 5 licensed states, including 2 of Texas, Florida and California. A Spanish Inbound tier at $40 per call is listed as not available right now.

Falcon FEX uses the word buffer differently from Callmart. Its buffer guidelines call it a short window at the start of a transfer to confirm fit. If the prospect is not interested in any insurance, has no active checking or savings account, has a listed disqualifying condition with no guaranteed issue plan offered, or lives in a nursing home or assisted living, you drop the call and it is not billed.

The rules cut both ways. Giving any price, premium or ballpark figure makes the call billable even inside the buffer, and so does dropping it without a listed reason. Its order page estimates 42 calls for 20 Bronze credits. Its refund policy also says no minimum, maximum or average interval between Velocity calls is promised.

How does Callmart price Final Expense calls?

Callmart prices each call by campaign and by connected-time tier. You pick the tier when you switch a campaign on, the price is shown again before it goes live, and the call buffer guide explains how the threshold works.

Retail prices as of November 2, 2026. Current list on the pricing page.
CampaignRetail prices by buffer
Final Expense: Digital$30 for 10 seconds, $40 for 30 seconds, $50 for 60 seconds, $60 for 90 seconds
Final Expense: TV (CTV)$55 for 10 seconds, $65 for 30 seconds, $75 for 60 seconds
Final Expense: Live Transfers$80 for 120 seconds
Medicare Advantage$25 for 20 seconds, $35 for 30 seconds, $55 for 90 seconds

Connected time starts when your destination answers, and ringing never counts. A call that is never answered, or that ends before your buffer, is not billed. One detail to plan for: time a caller spends in your own IVR or voicemail after your line answers counts toward the buffer, so answer live.

If a billed call was not valid, you can request a credit from it in your call history, picking a reason such as wrong number, caller would not engage or did not meet buying criteria. Callmart reviews each request, and an approved credit equals the charge. These are retail prices; agencies and bulk buyers can ask for lower rates through a wholesale application. First deposits earn call credit: $50 on a first deposit of $250, $150 on a first deposit of $500, $300 on a first deposit of $1,000.

What are the strengths and tradeoffs of each?

  • Falcon Velocity gives a fixed weekly cost of $1,999 per agent for direct inbound calls.
  • Listed drop reasons let you end unqualified transfers inside the buffer without a charge.

  • Its two cheapest tiers are sourced from cold outbound prospecting.
  • The 2 Min, Bronze and Silver tiers need at least 5 licensed states, including 2 of Texas, Florida and California on the outbound tiers.

  • Several Final Expense buffers, from 10 seconds on digital and TV calls to 120 seconds on live transfers.
  • Medicare Advantage calls on the same account and wallet.

Who should choose Falcon FEX?

Choose Falcon FEX if you sell only Final Expense, you are licensed in several large states, and you want a low published price per transfer. It suits closers who accept outbound-sourced transfers, work its drop rules carefully and can commit 20 credits at a time. Velocity fits a closer who prefers a fixed weekly bill to paying per call.

Who should choose Callmart?

Choose Callmart if you want to buy Final Expense calls without a package size, test several buffers, or add Medicare Advantage calls on the same wallet. It fits an agent who wants calls on a headset in the browser or on an iPhone, and an agency that funds one wallet, gives each teammate a login and destination, and sets which states each line accepts.

It also fits buyers who would rather manage unused money in a wallet than in non-refundable credits, and who want to see the price again before every campaign goes live. See how Callmart works for the full setup.
