FOR AGENCY OWNERS

Callmart for insurance agencies and sales teams

One shared wallet, role-based access, and a daily spending allowance for every agent on the floor.

Running a team changes the questions. It is no longer just what a call costs, it is who gets to spend the wallet, how much each agent can spend in a day, and whether you can see what happened after the call ended. Callmart's agency accounts are built around those questions.

One wallet, five roles

RoleWhat it can do
OwnerFull control: funds the wallet, invites and removes teammates, sets spending allowances, sees everything.
ManagerRuns day-to-day buying and campaigns without wallet or billing access.
AgentTakes calls and buys within the allowance the owner sets.
FinanceViews wallet balance, funding history, and invoices.
ReportingViews team call activity without touching buying or billing.

The owner invites each teammate by email and assigns one of these roles. Invitations that have not been accepted yet show with an expiry, and any member can be deactivated without deleting their history.

Spending stays inside the lines

The agency funds one wallet through Stripe. Every call any agent buys draws from that same balance, so the owner sets a per-member daily spending allowance to keep one enthusiastic agent from spending the whole team's budget before lunch. Daily call limits and per-campaign on and off toggles work the same way at the team level as they do for a solo buyer.

Shared wallet
One prepaid balance funded by the agency, drawn down by every agent's calls.
Daily spending allowance
A per-member cap the owner sets so no single agent can outspend the plan.
Agency rewards
Every set number of eligible billable calls across the whole agency earns one free call of equal or lower eligible value, shown in your workspace.

How agency pricing works

Pricing does not change because you are buying as a team. Screened inbound calls start at $25 per connected call and Final Expense CTV starts at $50, the same starting prices a solo buyer sees. What changes is that every agent shares one price book, one buffer set, and one campaign list, so the owner does not have to reconcile several different accounts to know what the team is spending against.

Because the wallet is shared, the daily spending allowance is the real lever for cost control on a team, more than the campaign price itself. A newer agent might get a smaller daily allowance while they prove out a script, and a top producer might get a higher one, all funded from the same balance.

  • The same $25 and $50 starting prices apply whether one agent is buying or the whole team is.
  • Buffer tiers and campaign availability are shared across every teammate, not set person by person.
  • The daily spending allowance, not the campaign price, is the main lever for controlling team cost.

What the owner can see

Team call activity and reporting roll up to the owner's workspace, including which campaigns are performing and who is on the clock. Inbound calls are recorded, and buyers can review and download available recordings, which is useful for coaching a newer agent through a real call after the fact. Callmart does not offer live listen-in or call barging. Coaching here means reviewing the recording afterward, not monitoring the floor in real time.

If a call does not look right, any team member with visibility can flag it, and the owner or finance role can submit a dispute for review. Callmart does not promise an automatic refund on every dispute, but it gives the team a real way to raise a call that did not match the campaign, instead of quietly absorbing the cost.

Agents still work like agents

Each agent sets their own availability in the softphone, on the clock or off, and has their own destination number or SIP address. The owner does not have to route every call manually. An agent who is out for the afternoon turns availability off, and calls stop reaching them without anyone touching the campaign settings.

Common questions

01How many roles can an agency assign?

Five: owner, manager, agent, finance, and reporting. The owner assigns each teammate's role when they are invited.

02Does every agent need their own wallet?

No. An agency account uses one shared wallet funded by the owner. Individual agents buy against a daily spending allowance the owner sets, not a separate balance.

03Can we see which agent bought which call?

Team call activity and reporting are visible to the owner in the workspace, alongside recordings for calls that were recorded.

04What are agency rewards?

Every set number of eligible billable calls across the whole agency earns one free call of equal or lower eligible value. The exact number and the value limit are set by Callmart and shown in your workspace.
