CALLMART VS EVERQUOTE

Callmart vs EverQuote

Two prepaid ways to buy insurance prospects. One is built around auto and home leads, the other around Final Expense and Medicare calls.

Published by Callmart. Updated .

Short answer

EverQuote Pro sells real-time auto and home leads, inbound calls and warm transfers through a sales rep, with prices it does not publish. Callmart sells inbound Final Expense and Medicare Advantage calls at published retail prices, starting at $25 per call. Pick by the line you sell first, then by how you want to pay.

What is the difference between Callmart and EverQuote?

The biggest difference is what you buy and for which line of insurance. EverQuote Pro is a lead and call marketplace aimed at auto and home agents: it sells real-time data leads shared with up to three agents, exclusive auto leads at an extra cost, consumer-initiated inbound calls and warm transfers, all from one prepaid account that an EverQuote sales representative activates and that you then manage yourself in EverQuote Pro. It does not publish per-lead or per-call prices. Callmart sells phone calls, not lead records, and its public retail price list covers four campaigns: Final Expense digital, Final Expense TV (CTV), Final Expense live transfers and Medicare Advantage. Every Callmart price is tied to a connected-time threshold called a buffer, and a call is billed once, after it ends, only if it reaches that buffer. If you sell auto or home, EverQuote fits the line. If you sell Final Expense or Medicare by phone, Callmart fits the line.

Both run on prepaid balances and neither requires a minimum spend. The practical questions are which product you want (a lead record you call back, or a live caller), whether you need a published price before you talk to anyone, and how much control you want over when calls arrive. The table below lines the two up using each company's own pages.

How does EverQuote price leads and calls?

EverQuote does not post a price list. Its FAQ says prices vary by product type (auto, home, life and warm transfer) and points agents to its sales team. Larger agencies can join its Accelerated Growth Program, which it prices around the agency's return and growth goals.

  • Billing is prepaid and pay as you go. Data lead accounts recharge when the balance falls to $25 or below; call accounts recharge at $100 or below.
  • There is no minimum period or spend, and EverQuote says you can cancel immediately. Unused balance is refunded on cancellation, except initial deposits that received a match credit.
  • Filters cover risk profile, ZIP codes, time of day and days of the week, plus a daily lead cap.
  • Enhanced Targeting lets agents bid up attributes such as high-intent shoppers, small business owners and driver age.

Because the price comes from a conversation, you cannot compare EverQuote's cost per lead or per call with another vendor's before you speak with its team. Ask for the price by product, the share count on shared leads and how warm transfers are billed.

How does Callmart price calls?

Callmart publishes retail prices, and they are the same prices you see in your workspace before you switch a campaign on. Each price belongs to a connected-time tier. Connected time starts when your line answers, ringing never counts, and a call that never connects or ends before your buffer is not billed. The shortest buffer is 10 seconds.

Retail prices as of November 2, 2026. See current pricing.
CampaignRetail prices by buffer
Final Expense: Digital$30 for 10 seconds, $40 for 30 seconds, $50 for 60 seconds, $60 for 90 seconds
Final Expense: TV (CTV)$55 for 10 seconds, $65 for 30 seconds, $75 for 60 seconds
Final Expense: Live Transfers$80 for 120 seconds
Medicare Advantage$25 for 20 seconds, $35 for 30 seconds, $55 for 90 seconds

Agencies and bulk buyers can get lower wholesale rates, quoted per account after a wholesale application. First deposits earn call credit: $50 on a first deposit of $250, $150 on a first deposit of $500, $300 on a first deposit of $1,000. The credit has no cash value. Creating an account is free, there is no subscription, and agency accounts can add softphone seats at $50 a seat a month, paid from the wallet.

Common questions

01Does EverQuote sell Final Expense or Medicare leads?

Its agent pages describe auto and home leads and calls, and its pricing FAQ also names life. The pages reviewed on November 2, 2026 did not mention Final Expense or Medicare, so ask its sales team directly if you need those lines.

02Does EverQuote publish its prices?

No. EverQuote's FAQ says prices vary by product type and directs agents to sales. It does publish its billing terms: prepaid balances that recharge at $25 for data leads or $100 for calls, with no minimum period or spend.

03How much does a Callmart call cost?

Retail prices start at $25 per call. A 90 second Medicare Advantage call is $55, and a 90 second Final Expense digital call is $60, as of November 2, 2026. Bulk buyers can request lower wholesale rates.

04Are Callmart calls exclusive?

No. Unless a Campaign Order says otherwise, Callmart may route similar calls to other buyers. Callmart also does not guarantee call volume, quality or close rates; delivery depends on eligible supply and your own settings.

05Can I use both?

Yes. Many agencies buy from more than one source. A common split is data leads for one line and inbound calls for another. Track cost per sale for each source separately so you can see which one earns its budget.
