Callmart vs Lead Heroes

Lead Heroes runs telemarketing campaigns that produce leads, transfers and appointments. Callmart sells inbound calls one by one. Different tools for different desks.

Published by Callmart. Updated .

Short answer

Lead Heroes sells telemarketed senior-market products: Final Expense and Medicare Supplement call-back leads in nightly batches, live transfers for teams of three or more agents, pre-set Medicare appointments and hourly calling campaigns, mostly as packages. Callmart sells inbound Final Expense and Medicare Advantage calls, charged per call from a prepaid wallet at published retail prices.

What is the difference between Callmart and Lead Heroes?

The core difference is who picks up the phone first. Lead Heroes runs outbound telemarketing: its callers find seniors who have not acted yet and turn them into call-back leads, live transfers or appointments set on your calendar. Its Final Expense leads target ages 50 to 80 and arrive in a batch at the end of each night, and its Turning 65 leads are people two to six months from their 65th birthday who agreed to hear from a Medicare specialist. Live transfers cover Final Expense and Medicare Supplement, in a 10am to 2pm or 2pm to 6pm block, and only for teams with at least three agents available. Most prices are package totals, such as $800.00 for a Final Expense order of 20 to 99 leads. Callmart does not place outbound cold calls for you. It delivers inbound calls to your phone, softphone or iPhone app and charges each one only when connected time reaches the buffer you chose, at published retail prices.

So the real question is what your desk is built to do. A team that dials call-back lists or runs face-to-face appointments uses a different workflow from a team that waits on a headset for the next caller. The insurance lead types guide maps those workflows.

How does Lead Heroes price leads, transfers and appointments?

Lead Heroes publishes order options rather than one price per lead. Its Final Expense order page shows package totals and does not print a per-lead figure, so divide only what the page itself states.

  • Final Expense leads: $800.00 for the 20 to 99 lead option and $3,400.00 for the 100 or more option. Desired states are required; counties and ZIP codes are optional.
  • Phone pre-set Medicare appointments: $880.00 per unit of 10 (10 to 99 appointments) and $8,000.00 per unit of 100 (100 or more).
  • Face-to-face pre-set Medicare appointments: $90 per appointment, sold in units of 100 for $9,000.00. The homepage advertises pre-set appointments starting at $80 for AEP.
  • Custom or hourly calling campaigns: $15 per hour for 160 to 479 hours and $12 per hour for 480 or more, with Spanish-speaking campaigns at the same hourly rates. The homepage says as low as $10 per hour.
  • Dental, vision and hearing leads: $12 each, with a minimum purchase of 30 leads.
  • Lead Heroes Pro: 12 weeks of weekly exclusive leads at 30% off per three-month cycle.
  • Live transfers: no price published; its page says the price can be half the normal cost of typical live transfers.

Two add-on costs apply. CRM or dialer integration is a one-time $200 fee, and card payments carry a 2.7% processing fee that does not apply to debit cards, ACH transfers or checks. Its live transfer page also notes a large-volume discount for IMOs and FMOs.

Its live transfer filters are specific: Final Expense prospects aged 50 to 80 with income between $15K and $45K, and Medicare Supplement prospects aged 65 to 80 with income of at least $15K. Prospects are screened for cancer, stroke and heart attack history before transfer.

How does Callmart price calls?

Callmart charges per call, not per package. Each campaign has published connected-time tiers, and you choose one before switching the campaign on.

Retail prices as of November 2, 2026. Full details on the pricing page.
CampaignRetail prices by buffer
Final Expense: Digital$30 for 10 seconds, $40 for 30 seconds, $50 for 60 seconds, $60 for 90 seconds
Final Expense: TV (CTV)$55 for 10 seconds, $65 for 30 seconds, $75 for 60 seconds
Final Expense: Live Transfers$80 for 120 seconds
Medicare Advantage$25 for 20 seconds, $35 for 30 seconds, $55 for 90 seconds

Connected time starts when your destination answers. A call that is never answered, or that ends before your buffer, is not billed, and a billed call is charged once, after it ends. The call buffer guide shows how the threshold affects what you pay.

Money sits in a prepaid wallet funded by card through Stripe. Creating an account is free, there is no subscription, and first deposits earn call credit: $50 on a first deposit of $250, $150 on a first deposit of $500, $300 on a first deposit of $1,000. Agencies and bulk buyers can ask for lower wholesale rates, quoted per account after an application.

What are the strengths and tradeoffs of each?

Lead Heroes

Strengths
  • A wide senior-market menu: call-back leads, live transfers, phone and face-to-face appointments, and hourly callers.
  • Medicare Supplement and Turning 65 products, plus dental, vision and hearing leads.
  • Face-to-face appointments for field agents, priced per appointment.
  • Spanish-speaking calling campaigns at the same hourly rates.
  • Transfers that did not ask to be transferred are replaced.
Tradeoffs
  • Live transfers are only for teams with at least three agents available; smaller teams get the lead by email instead.
  • Final Expense leads arrive in a nightly batch, so you still have to reach each prospect.
  • Final Expense pricing is shown as package totals without a per-lead price.
  • Card payments add a 2.7% processing fee.

Callmart

Strengths
  • The caller is already on the line when your phone rings; there is no list to work.
  • Per-call prices with connected-time buffers, shown again before a campaign goes live.
  • Built for solo agents as well as agency teams and call center floors.
  • You choose the states each line accepts and switch receiving on or off at any time.
Tradeoffs
  • No Medicare Supplement, Turning 65, appointment or hourly calling products on its public price list.
  • Calls are not exclusive, and delivery depends on available supply and your settings.
  • No Android app; Android users work in a mobile browser.
  • Each App phone takes one call at a time.

Who should choose Lead Heroes?

Choose Lead Heroes if you sell Medicare Supplement or Turning 65 business, run field appointments, or want a dedicated team of callers working an hourly campaign for your agency. It also suits agents who are comfortable working a fresh call-back list each morning and agencies with three or more agents who can staff a 4-hour transfer block.

IMOs and FMOs buying at volume should ask about its large-volume discount, and Spanish-speaking agencies get calling campaigns in Spanish at the same hourly rates.

Who should choose Callmart?

Choose Callmart if you would rather answer callers than dial leads, you sell Final Expense or Medicare Advantage over the phone, and you want to start with no minimum spend. A solo agent with a headset can buy, and an agency can fund one wallet, invite teammates as managers or agents, and see who is receiving.

It is also the closer fit if you want to pay only for calls that reach a set connected time instead of for leads you may never reach. The inbound calls vs cold calling guide explains that tradeoff.

Common questions

01Does Lead Heroes sell live transfers to solo agents?

02How much are Lead Heroes Final Expense leads?

Its order page lists Final Expense lead options at $800.00 for 20 to 99 leads and $3,400.00 for 100 or more, checked November 2, 2026. It does not print a per-lead price, so ask for one before you compare it with other vendors.

03Are Lead Heroes leads telemarketed?

Yes. Its live transfer page says its telemarketers find interested prospects who have not taken action yet and transfer them to an agent. Its leads page describes Final Expense and Medicare Supplement leads gathered by its callers and delivered in nightly batches.

04Does Callmart sell Medicare Supplement or Turning 65 leads?

Callmart sells inbound calls, not lead records. Its public retail price list covers four campaigns: Final Expense digital, Final Expense TV, Final Expense live transfers and Medicare Advantage. See the Medicare lead companies guide for other options.
