CALLMART VS BENEPATH

Callmart vs Benepath

A lead and call vendor built around health, group and commercial lines, compared with a marketplace that posts per-call prices for Final Expense and Medicare.

Published by Callmart. Updated .

Short answer

Benepath sells exclusive, shared and aged leads, live phone calls and clicks, with most of its product detail in individual health, group health and commercial, and it shows relative price tiers instead of dollars. Callmart sells calls, not leads, with dollar prices for Final Expense and Medicare Advantage from $25 per call. Pick by line and product.

What is the difference between Callmart and Benepath?

The difference starts with the product mix. Benepath is a lead vendor that says it generates all of its own leads through in-house search, social and email campaigns, then sells them as exclusive real-time leads, shared leads (health only), aged leads, live phone calls and clicks. Its markets include individual and family health, group health, commercial, Medicare, life, home and auto, and its pricing page ranks products with dollar signs instead of dollar amounts, from aged leads at the low end to live calls at the top. Callmart has no lead tiers at all. It sells phone calls that are already live when they reach you, and it lists a dollar price for each of its four public campaigns, three in Final Expense and one in Medicare Advantage. A caller who hangs up before the connected-time buffer on that price is not billed. Benepath fits agents who want leads and calls for health, group or commercial lines. Callmart fits agents whose phone sales are Final Expense or Medicare.

Benepath runs two websites. The agent site, benepath.net, holds its lead products, pricing tiers and Agent Portal. Benepath.com is the consumer site, and its footer says it is owned and operated by Benepath Insurance Agency, Inc., a licensed insurance agency. When you research Benepath as a lead source, the .net pages are the ones that describe what agents buy.

How does Benepath price leads and calls?

Benepath does not publish dollar prices. Its pricing page shows four tiers marked with dollar signs, each with a Get a Quote button:

  • Aged leads ($): health, group and commercial, described as cost-effective for broader market reach.
  • Shared leads ($): health only.
  • Exclusive leads ($$): health, group and commercial, with no competition from other agents.
  • Live calls ($$): health, group and commercial, described as premium pricing for direct, immediate connections.

The same page lists what moves the price: order size, lead type, dependents (family size), geographic preferences and call duration. That last factor matters for any call comparison, because a longer qualifying duration screens out more short calls. Minimum orders, return terms and contract terms were not stated on the pricing or insurance leads pages as of November 2, 2026.

For Medicare, Benepath's Medicare leads page describes exclusive, pre-qualified prospects from its own Google and Bing ads. A shopper either submits a form, which becomes a real-time lead in your CRM or Agent Portal, or dials the number on its site, where an IVR checks interest before the call is routed to you. Standard filters cover geography, dayparting and volume, with demographic options on request. The page does not say whether shoppers want Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement or Part D coverage.

How does Callmart price calls?

Callmart prices each call by campaign and by buffer, the connected time a call needs before it counts. You see the full retail list on the website, see the same prices in your workspace, and confirm the price again when you switch a campaign on. The clock starts when your line answers, and a call is charged once, after it ends, only if it met the buffer you chose.

Retail prices as of November 2, 2026. Current list on the pricing page.
CampaignRetail tiers
Medicare Advantage$25 for 20 seconds, $35 for 30 seconds, $55 for 90 seconds
Final Expense: Digital$30 for 10 seconds, $40 for 30 seconds, $50 for 60 seconds, $60 for 90 seconds
Final Expense: TV (CTV)$55 for 10 seconds, $65 for 30 seconds, $75 for 60 seconds
Final Expense: Live Transfers$80 for 120 seconds

All of these are retail prices, and a lower wholesale rate is available on request for agencies and bulk buyers, priced per account once a wholesale application is reviewed. Buying runs on a prepaid wallet you load by card, and delivery pauses when the balance cannot cover a call. The first deposit adds promotional call credit: $50 on a first deposit of $250, $150 on a first deposit of $500, $300 on a first deposit of $1,000. The prepaid wallet guide covers how balances work.

What does each do well, and where does it fall short?

Benepath

Strengths
  • Individual health, group health and commercial lines that a Final Expense and Medicare call marketplace does not list.
  • Generates its own leads through in-house search, social and email campaigns, per its site.
  • A lower-cost aged lead tier alongside exclusive leads and calls.
  • Search Plus lets you shape sources, budget and filters while Benepath runs the campaigns.
  • CRM delivery plus an Agent Portal.
Tradeoffs
  • No dollar prices; you need a quote to compare.
  • Shared leads are limited to health.
  • No published minimums, return policy or contract terms on the pages reviewed.
  • Final Expense is not mentioned on the pages reviewed.

Callmart

Strengths
  • Dollar prices for every campaign and buffer, published before you sign up.
  • Calls that never connect or end before your buffer are not billed.
  • Three Final Expense campaigns (digital, CTV and live transfers) plus Medicare Advantage.
  • Answer on a headset in the browser or in the iPhone app, with no desk phone needed.
  • Team accounts with one shared wallet, roles and per-agent availability.
Tradeoffs
  • Calls only: no aged, shared or exclusive lead records.
  • No health, group or commercial campaigns on the public price list.
  • Calls are not exclusive, and volume depends on eligible supply and your settings.
  • There is no Android app, so Android users open app.callmart.io in a mobile browser.

Who should choose Benepath?

Choose Benepath if you sell individual or family health, group health or commercial insurance and want several price points in the same line, from aged leads up to live calls. It suits agents who already run a CRM and want leads delivered into it, and agents who would rather use a managed option like Search Plus than build campaigns themselves. If Medicare is part of your book, its Medicare page offers both form leads and IVR-screened calls.

Who should choose Callmart?

Choose Callmart if your business is Final Expense or Medicare Advantage over the phone and you would rather pay for a connected caller than work a list. The posted prices let you estimate cost per sale before you spend anything, and you control when calls arrive: switch receiving on and off, pause a line, set optional campaign hours and pick the states each line accepts. See Final Expense calls and Medicare Advantage calls for the campaigns.

Common questions

01Does Benepath sell Medicare leads?

Yes. Its homepage lists Medicare among its markets, and its Medicare leads page describes exclusive real-time leads from its own Google and Bing ads plus phone calls screened by an IVR. Medicare does not appear in its pricing page grid, so ask for Medicare pricing directly.

02How much do Benepath leads cost?

Benepath does not publish dollar prices as of November 2, 2026. Its pricing page ranks aged leads ($), shared health leads ($), exclusive leads ($$) and live calls ($$), and lists order size, lead type, dependents, geography and call duration as price factors. Dollar quotes come through its quote form.

03Does Benepath sell final expense leads?

Final Expense was not mentioned on the Benepath pages reviewed on November 2, 2026; its homepage lists life, health, group health, commercial, Medicare, home and auto. If Final Expense is your main line, ask Benepath directly, or compare options in the Final Expense lead companies guide.

04How much does a Callmart Medicare call cost?

At retail, Callmart's Medicare Advantage tiers are $25 for 20 seconds, $35 for 30 seconds, $55 for 90 seconds, as of November 2, 2026. A call is billed only if connected time reaches the tier you chose. Those are retail figures; wholesale pricing for agencies and bulk buyers is quoted separately.

05Are Callmart calls exclusive?

No. Similar calls may also be routed to other buyers unless a Campaign Order says otherwise. Benepath, by contrast, sells exclusive leads as one of its tiers, so if exclusivity drives your decision, get its terms on paper and price them against Callmart's non-exclusive calls.
